Seagull’s Sport Trainer is up there with the best models ever produced for those who’ve mastered a high winger and want to further their basic handling and aerobatic skills. The model’s success lies partly in its large semi-symmetrical wing, full-span strip ailerons, fully sheeted leading edges and high-strength, balsa, webbed D-box construction. It’s a combination that offers the budding aerobatic pilot the opportunity to experiment and hone his skills, safe in the knowledge that the Sport Trainer will soak up the punishment and won’t bite.
