At Redfin Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Returns Period

• You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For damaged or faulty goods, this period is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return

• You must contact us in writing before sending any goods back.

Conditions of Return

• Goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• Made-to-order or special-order goods are not eligible for return or refund.
• The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Redfin Models in re-saleable condition (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless an alternative is agreed when the return is accepted.
• If you are returning part of an order, the delivery charge may not be refunded.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
• Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the circumstances.

Right to Refuse Returns

Redfin Models reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

• The item is not returned in the required condition.
• The return has not been agreed in writing before the item is sent back.
• The goods fall under the non-returnable category (e.g. made-to-order or special items).
